Today we will head further up the hill country of Sri Lanka. Nuwara Elliya sometimes referred to as 'Little England' due to the presence of British Colonial architecture and landscape. Galle Local sightseeing Today, you will be exploring UNESCO World heritage listed Galle Dutch Fort. This massive fort was built by Portuguese in 1588 at time of their ruling and then expanded by Dutch in the 17th Century when they colonised the coastal area of Sri Lanka. Then in the afternoon make a visit to the Museum and city tour.
