How It Works

Click the “Book Now” button, choose your pick‑up location and destination address, and follow the on‑screen steps to complete your booking.

Once your booking is received, our team will contact you to confirm all details, including your meeting point and the contact information for our local office or driver.

Meeting Points

Airport Pick‑Up

After collecting your luggage, please proceed to the arrivals waiting area. Your driver will be there holding a Visit Sri Lanka Tours signboard.

Hotel Pick‑Up

Please meet your driver at the hotel reception area. The driver will report to reception upon arrival.

Important Information

• All vehicles are strictly non‑smoking.
• No food or drinks are permitted inside the vehicle, except bottled water.
• If your destination is not listed, please contact us for a personalised fare.
• All fares include toll charges, airport parking, and airport fees.
• All drivers are fully qualified and speak moderate English.
• We accommodate last‑minute requests whenever possible; however, bookings made within 24 hours of pick‑up are subject to availability.

• The number of passengers must match the booking.
• We can only transport regular travel luggage. Oversized items such as surfboards or donation goods cannot be carried.
• Please inform us of any cancellations as early as possible.
